Transcriptionist – Current Farsi

1) Requirements:

- Specialized in Farsi audio transcription, guidelines and practices

- Specialized in Farsi transcription segmentation

- Specialized in Farsi formal typing (typing speed of 60 to 65 wpm)

- Farsi native speaker

- Completely knows and is fluent in understanding current spoken Farsi, specially most up-to-date every day speech and slang

- Knows and recognizes current Farsi interjections, idiosyncratic words, and non-lexemes

- Fluent in different forms and varieties of Farsi language currently used in different environments, including news, media, daily conversations, and phone conversations.

- Be familiar with different Farsi dialects

- Be familiar with translation of Farsi/English

- Excellent skills in Farsi usage, grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Excellent eye, hand, and auditory coordination, and concentration.
- Ability to use an extensive array of professional language reference materials.
- Ability to operate word processing, dictation and transcription equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.

2) Experiences:

- Minimum 6 months experience in Farsi audio transcription and segmentation, transcribing a variety of Farsi audios including every day spoken Farsi, news, media, phone conversation, and more.

3) Educations:

- Minimum high school diploma
